If you would like to open a helpdesk ticket with the ClaimWizard Support Team, just click the Submit Ticket button in the upper-right corner of the Support Portal.

Action Items vs. Claim Phases

This may be the most debated use of a ClaimWizard feature -- should you use Action Items or Claim Phases? Claim Phases are used to showcase a HIGH LEVEL 'bucket' that a claim is currently in. Action Items are used to indicate each intricate step involved in moving a claim to settlement.
